Dj Honda (born in Hokkaidō, Japan in 1965) has collaborated with Mos Def, Afu Ra, JuJu, Cuban Link, Grand Puba, Sadat X, The Beatnuts, Fat Joe, Biz Markie, Gang Starr, Redman, Keith Murray, Jeru The Damaja, Shawn J. Period, and De La Soul. Honda also released an album with EPMD’s PMD, entitled Underground Connection in 2002. Problemz (born in Brooklyn, USA) is a member of the Missin Linx & Big City crew and made his real debut on DJ Honda album ‘DJ Honda‘.

Released in 1992, it stimulated much controversy with the songs “Bush Killa” (”a revenge fantasy about the assassination of then president” George H. W. Bush) and “Coffee, Donuts & Death,” (”a cop-killing tirade”). It also featured a young DJ Shadow on production.
